Chris Goddard is the founder and principal designer of Goddard Design Group. Chris has over 25 years design experience and possesses a unique approach to design because he believes that each space should tell a story or evoke a mood.
Through his eclectic style and attention to detail, he truly creates an artful mixture of elegance with personal history. Chris sees each client as unique and by tailoring to their needs, environment and history, he is able to create an inheritable home which will welcome generations for years to come. “A life worth living is a life well lived.” This is Chris’ mantra, and he tackles each day with the expectation to change and enhance lives through design.
Melissa hails from Little Rock and received a BA in History from Randolph-Macon Woman's College. She was a politico for ten years with a US Representative from Arkansas, the Clinton White House, and a US Senator from Arkansas. Melissa crash landed back in Arkansas and served as Special Events and Donor Relations Director for the University of Arkansas for 17 years.
Melissa has always drawn inspiration from her uncle. Known as the best antique dealer in Arkansas, Uncle John taught her everything about sterling silver, Old Paris, Empire furniture, Arkansas primitives, collectible pottery, beautiful art, and the elegant style of the South.
When not wrangling all things Goddard Design Group, Melissa can be found at Banks Farm spending time with daughter Georgie and the puppy pack - Lulu, Ruby, Leo and Dick.
Abbey Redmon joins the Goddard Design Group after successfully completing her studies in Interior Design at the University of Arkansas in 2019 and achieving first ranked graduate of her class. Through her studies abroad in Italy, France, England, Scotland, and Finland, she has immersed herself into the history of interior design and brings an expressive vision indicative of all of her travels. Abbey also served as president of the ASID Student Chapter and was successful in many design competitions throughout her educational career.
Customer service is valuable to Abbey, and she strives to address each client's personality and style with an end result of exceeding their expectations. Inspired by travel, history, and the art of creative action, Abbey is a very hands-on manager of the design process and ensures that every detail is addressed.

Natalie Clancy joins the Goddard Design Group while completing her studies in Interior Design at the University of Arkansas. Approaching completion of her second year of Design Studio, Natalie has also gained membership in ASID and IDS to further her knowledge and mastery of Interior Design.
Natalie became inspired to pursue her degree upon finding her passion for excellence and discovering her flare for Interior Design. With an eye for bold colors and textures, Natalie is dedicated to functionality, sustainability, and insuring each project captures the client’s individual style.
Natalie is applying the expertise gained from Chris Goddard Design Group towards the completion of her degree and beyond as she helps write the next chapter in Interior Design.
